At Merchant of Tennis, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; racquets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle and show no signs of court use.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier.
Refund Processing
Once our specialists inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
