How long does shipping take for tennis rackets?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested a custom stringing service, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for processing before your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy on footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for tennis shoes. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging. Please note that shoes worn on-court cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Can I choose my own string and tension for a new racket?
Absolutely. When purchasing a racket, you can select from our wide range of premium strings and specify your preferred tension. Our professional stringing team will prepare it to your exact specifications.
Do you offer a warranty on rackets?
Yes, all new rackets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by impact with the ground or other objects.
How do I know which grip size to choose?
Most adult players use a grip size between 4 1/4 (L2) and 4 3/8 (L3). You can refer to our online size guide or measure from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger to find your match.
Do you offer price matching?
